APRIL 22nd: Az-hi-az-I-aM Team Rider Cody Craig wins "Old School" longboard event in Santa Cruz California. The event requires that your board be 9'0" or longer, pre-1980's, and it must weigh at least 20 lbs! ...Oh yeah, no leashes allowed for this event either!
DANG!!! AZ-HI-AZ-I-AM TEAM RIDERS GO BIGGER THAN EVER! We love all of our team riders equally and always give as much support as we can, but 2 of our Team Riders just went WAY HUGE!! First off, Ben Andrews is in the final running for the Billabong XXL "Biggest Paddle in Wave" of the 2006/07 winter for a monster bomb that he paddled into at Mavericks in California. And then there is the guy pictured above, Chad Jackson who just got multiple double page spreads in Surfing's largest publications, SURFER, SURFING, AND TRANSWORLD SURF!
